Simple Fresh Celery Juice

🛒 Ingredients

1 bunch fresh celery (about 8–10 stalks)

1/2 lime or lemon (optional)

1/2 cup cold water (if blending)

Optional: small piece fresh ginger

👩‍🍳 Method 1: Using a Juicer (Best Option)

1️⃣ Wash celery thoroughly.

2️⃣ Cut into smaller pieces.

3️⃣ Run through juicer.

4️⃣ Squeeze in fresh lime juice if desired.

5️⃣ Serve immediately over ice.

👩‍🍳 Method 2: Using a Blender

1️⃣ Chop celery into small pieces.

2️⃣ Add to blender with 1/2 cup cold water.

3️⃣ Blend until completely smooth.

4️⃣ Strain through fine mesh sieve or cheesecloth.

5️⃣ Add lime juice and stir.
