Mix apple, egg and yogurt and in just 15 minutes you will prepare a delicacy
🛒 Ingredients (for about 25 pieces):
• 1 large 🍏 apple (grated on a coarse grater)
• 1 egg 🥚

• 1 cup of soft wheat flour (type 450 or 500)

👩 🍳 Preparation:
1️⃣ Peel the apple, grate it and put it in a bowl.
2️⃣ Add the egg, yogurt, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt: mix everything together.
3️⃣ Add the flour and baking powder, mix well with a spoon: you will get a rather thick dough.
4️⃣ Heat the oil in a deep pan or saucepan.
5️⃣ With wet hands, form rolls or use a spoon to take portions of the dough and fry them until golden brown on both sides.
6️⃣ Drain them on a paper towel and, while they are still warm, roll them in powdered or granulated sugar.
